Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion from PCKeys form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
The Promoter is PCKeys (“Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on 1 April 2020 and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on the 31 May 2020 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must complete the checkout with a qualifying Microsoft Office License. Any edition (2010 or 2013 or 2016 or 2019 or Home & Business/Student for Mac) Qualifies. Upon doing so you become Eligible to use the promotion code WIN10 and qualify for a free Windows 10 Professional License. (“Participant”). This is suitable for a fresh installation of Windows 10 Professional. If you have WINDOWS 10 HOME installed this license will not instantly upgrade you to windows 10 - You will need to perform a clean or fresh installation of Professional Edition and use the license to activate your Professional Edition of Windows. This license is only for the Windows 10 Professional Edition. N Edition / Home / Enterprise / Workstation are not supported. You must either be prepared to install windows 10 professional or have a current windows 10 professional and your license will activate the Windows 10 Professional so that you have a valid license.
You must use the promotion code at time of purchase. Failure to do so means you will not be eligible for the promotional license key.
If you purchase an office product for PC, using the specified code at the checkout, you will receive the license with instructions for any windows PC. If you choose to purchase the MAC equivalent office license you can choose to install on a virtual machine using parallels or use bootcamp. Instructions are provided accommodating the license upon completion of checkout using the promotion code.
Offer
Participants who purchase a new Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016/2019 for Windows or Home & Student/Business 2016/2019 for Mac Product License Key (“Promotion Product”) will be eligible to claim a Microsoft Windows 10 Professional by INSTANT redemption of the PROMO code at checkout. (“Reward”).
You are eligible for a maximum of THREE promotional licenses per any transaction. The promotional license(s) must be installed or redeemed within 5 days after receiving the license.
Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward. The promoter reserves the right to deliver a single license to install on multiple PC’s should stock be limited.
Claims
Once the Promotion Product has been delivered, Participants must complete the redemption of the promotional license within 5 days. Claims must be submitted between 00.01 (GMT) 01 April 2020 to 23:59 (GMT) 31 Mayy 2020 which is the "Claim Period".
Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased.
The maximum number of Claims per Participant is one hundred (100), regardless of the number of Promotion Products purchased.
Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of the promotional code on completion of checkout.
Please note that Claims received may take up to one (1) working day from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by phone (UK) 07946 666786 / 01444300321 within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
If the purchaser wishes to purchase Microsoft Office to redeem now and wishes to redeem Microsoft Windows 10 at a later point in time (maximum 120 days from purchase) then you must CONTACT US after placing your order with the order number for us to process your promotional product at a later date or as and when requested. You must contact us immediately after placing the order and before a promotional license key is sent!
If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
