Refunds, Returns and Exchange POLICY

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at PCKeys (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please view the returns terms and conditions as listed on this page to ascertain whether or not you qualify for your product(s) to be returned.
To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided alongside your RMA number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not be held responsible for pending returns or those lost in transit. Once a return has been received you will be emailed upon its arrival and that it has been placed for inspection.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund/return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement or payment statement, depending on your method of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Any refunds will be processed using the original method of payment - If you are unable to receive the refund using the original method of payment then an exchange, gift card, credit note can be offered.
- Any item purchased where the item is still in its unused condition and there is no license attached / requested / needed for the product then this product qualifies for a return / refund / exchange
- Any promotional item, part of a promotion or giveaway / sample or trade sample or one that has been issued free of cost is not returnable under any circumstances.
- Any Product where the return / refund / exchange has been requested immediately after placing the order and before the item has been fulfilled / sent / delivered in any format (electronic / digital / physical mail or courier) - In such scenarios you are eligible to receive a return, refund or exchange.
- Any product(s) or item(s) purchased where there is the need for a software license / physical license key / digital key / digital key code / product license /product key / product key code / product license key (referred hereon as "license") and this license has not been dispatched, delivered, or requested then you will qualify for a return. Any (or all) item(s) ordered which include a software license as part of the software program or application to function and are automatically delivered alongside the product(s) or item(s) ordered as part of the package (license and software) will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange ( see Exceptions section below for further details).
- Any product where the accompanying license is sent alongside the item which needs to be scratched to reveal the license/ number / code is eligible for a return, refund or exchange providing this scratch off panel is unused / unscratched / unmodified / not tampered in any shape or form and is still in the original and unused condition as it was originally sent to the purchaser.
- Any product where the packaging is sealed and the inner contents are not visible / naked / opened / used and the product still has the plastic cellophane around the item and is sealed with the license blocked from being visible by any human eye is eligible for a refund, exchange or return.
- PC Keys will only accept returns where any license has not been delivered or viewed by the recipient in paper or digital / electronic form. Digital and Electronic methods of delivery include but are not limited to the following: Live-Chat, E-Mail, WhatsApp, Text-Message or any other electronic means. If we have sent the license by any electronic/digital means containing this digital license key code then it is automatically deemed to be delivered and viewed by any such recipient. Paper methods of delivery are those on paper, card or any item / piece of stationary accompanying the item(s) ordered.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
If any product requires or needs a software license to function and this is sent alongside the product then:
- If a license has been sent by us to the purchaser in any electronic / digital / paper shape or form then it is deemed to be electronically or physically viewed and automatically assumed that the license key has been viewed. No refunds or returns can be offered when a digital license / license / paper license has been sent by PC Keys to you (the purchaser) and viewed. In any such case we will not issue any refunds or accept returns. We will still offer customer service and assist the purchaser for the product(s) or item(s) purchased.
- If a license has been sent by us to the purchaser in any electronic / digital / paper shape or form then it is deemed to be electronically or physically delivered and automatically assumed that the license key has been delivered. No refunds or returns can be offered when a digital license / license / paper license has been sent by PC Keys to you (the purchaser) and delivered. In any such case we will not issue any refunds or accept returns. We will still offer customer service and assist the purchaser for the product(s) or item(s) purchased
